Ken grew up working a family ranch in Mason, Texas, where his parents still reside. After graduating, he attended Stephen F. Austin State University and obtained degrees in finance and real estate. Ken became a licensed agent in real estate in 1989 and as his career progressed, he realized the need for a truly professional ranch marketing company in the Texas Hill Country, South Texas, and West Texas areas. With one vision in mind: to create a real estate firm that excels in its field. Ken utilized his experience in ranching and his work in commercial and ranch real estate to establish Texas Ranches For Sale in 2001. The foundation of the company developed as Ken gathered valuable insight into the experience and expertise of seasoned ranch brokers through the years.

Today, Texas Ranches For Sale continues to grow with a focus on a single goal is to maintain a reputation as the most professional land marketing group in the area. Dedication and client commitment are important factors in reaching this objective, with overall success.

Ken is married to his lovely wife, Lauren. Lauren works as a local veterinarian and also as the Client Concierge for Texas Ranches For Sale. Lauren shares a love for animals and has rescue dogs, as well as horses, and cattle.

Together, Ken and Lauren are involved in a multitude of local charitable organizations and church-related activities. They frequently provide contributions and volunteer assistance to youth associations such as FFA, livestock auctions, and stock shows.

From time to time, they enjoy visiting Lauren's family in Colorado and Ken's family in Mason, Texas.

Currently, Ken and Lauren reside on their ranch near Fredericksburg. They spend most of their free time outdoors, hunting, riding bikes, riding horses, and kayaking.
