LOCATION
The KrisJenn Ranch is located southeast of Uvalde, Texas about 11 miles. Take FM 140 for 2.7± miles south of Uvalde. Take a left onto County Road 365 for 6.1± miles. The County Road dead-ends into a private easement road with an automatic gate entrance. Travel one mile down the private road to the main entrance of the KrisJenn Ranch. The ranch is approximately a 1:45 minute drive from San Antonio. Garner Field Airport is approximately 13 miles away, located in Uvalde, Texas.
LAND
A wide variety of South Texas brush exists on the ranch, critical for growing large whitetail deer. The landscape offers thick cover with deep soil mesquite flats, large food plots, and a healthy array of thick native grasses. There are several fields, the largest being 50± acres, located near the headquarters. (This field is about 2,900± feet in length and has previously served as a grass landing strip for individuals.) Wildlife

There are approximately nine corn feeders and nine protein feeders strategically located across the ranch. Water
The main focus of the ranch is the 2.4± miles of the Frio River that flows along much of the north and east boundary.There are several areas where both sides of the river flow through the ranch. This section of the Frio River is extremely secluded and private. Flowing wide in many areas and, at times, 8± to 12± feet deep. Majestic pecans and towering cypress trees line the banks creating an extremely tranquil setting. The fishing opportunities are incredible, with multiple sites to drop the bass boat in the water. Other recreational activities include kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and swimming. The main home’s back porch has stairs leading down to a large dock that you can fish or rope swing off of.
