The Yeager Draw Ranch is located approximately 30± miles from Cotulla and can be accessed via a private all-weather easement road on the south side of HWY 97.

The Yeager Draw Ranch features an impressive 1,080± sf lodge with a commercial kitchen, a bar, and a large porch. Near the lodge and separated by a pavilion is a two-story home that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other improvements include a 3,600± sf enclosed equipment barn, an equipment shed, a feed hopper, and other outbuildings. Since 2005, there has been a heavily well-managed whitetail herd that is under an MLDP III. Several stock tanks are strategically placed throughout the ranch as well as multiple hunting blinds, protein feeders, and corn feeders with feeder pens.

An abundance of wildlife call this ranch home, including a whitetail deer herd that has been well-managed since 2005 and is currently under an MLD III.

Throughout the ranch, there are a total of 16 tanks, with the largest tank consisting of 2± acres. Over eight miles of waterlines can be found on the ranch that runs to ten of the tanks. Several of the tanks have been stocked for fishing. A 3,400± ft deep Carrizo Well provides water for the ranch and is used to supplement the tanks.
