Oak View Ranch

Oak View Ranch is located only 6± miles west of the small community of Harper, 29± miles west of Fredericksburg, 23± miles northwest of Kerrville, 85± miles northwest of San Antonio, and 107± miles west of Austin.

The ranch features a terrain with a gentle roll and about 40’± of elevation change, offering great views. The property consists of an excellent combination of open pastureland on the west side, transitioning into more tree cover as you gain in elevation to the east. The majority of the ranch has had the cedar removed, allowing native trees and grasses to thrive. The property is home to several different types of trees, including Shin oak, live oak, and post oak. Three stock tanks have recently been completed on the ranch.

Wildlife is abundant in this area of Kerr County, with sightings of whitetail deer, turkey, dove, and other animals native to the Hill Country.
