The Browder Ranch is 3.3± miles from historic Albert, Texas, where the famous Albert Dancehall resides. The dancehall is a popular local attraction where visitors can enjoy live music and dancing.

Located 9± miles from Stonewall, Texas, which is home to the annual Peach Jamboree and Rodeo. Stonewall has an elementary school, a hardware store, local peach stands, a gas station, and many other commercial-type businesses along the Highway 290 corridor.
