A good-sized stock tank, fertile red sand loam, and prime hunting locations can be found throughout the ranch. The ranch is rectangular in shape. Currently, the south and east property lines are low fenced while the north and west property lines are high fenced for game. This property is a surface sell only, as the seller does not own the minerals and there are no production locations on the property.

The Lonesome Oak Ranch is turnkey and features a three-bedroom and two-bathroom home. The home offers great privacy and the element of seclusion as it is located near the center of the property. The home features a lofted bunkroom, a huge rock fireplace, and large windows. The covered front porch allows for a nice place to relax and enjoy the nice view.
