Located in Frio County – The 57 Farm is 13± miles from Pearsall, 28± miles from Devine, 30± miles from Dilley, 40± miles from Uvalde, 60± miles from San Antonio, and 140± miles from Austin.

This property is one of the most productive and improved farms in the Frio County area. The farm has been in production for years and currently has cotton, corn, and coastal hay planted. The farm has a variety of soils ranging from red dirt color to darker soils. Soils present are Amphion sandy clay, Caid Clay, Ramadero sandy loam, Montell clay and Webb loam.

Extensive work has been done to the 57 Farm to make it what it is today. The irrigation wells have been reworked over the last several years and one new irrigation well was drilled approximately two years ago. The pivots include five new Valley pivots and two older underslung Zimmatic pivots. There are two 50’x150’± barns, one has a concrete slab and the other has a dirt floor. The entire perimeter of the farm is high fenced.

The property is situated in a great area for dove hunting, and an operation could be set up for additional income.

The 57 Farm has four irrigation wells and one domestic single-phase water well.  Three of the irrigation wells are three-phase electric powered and are in the 900± GPM range. The fourth irrigation well is powered by a diesel engine and produces 500± GPM. The domestic well is equipped with a submersible pump and pumps 10± GPM.
