Live Oak County – 1,800+/- acres – Probably one of the nicest ranches in South Texas, with a 5,000 sf home, paved driveway, pivot system, entirely highfenced and breeding pens.

Sutton County - 4,600+/- acres – The first time this ranch has been sold in over 75 years, we were excited about being a part of the transaction.  The ranch is covered with oak trees and has a nice roll to it.

Guadalupe County – 515+/- acres – This scenic hunting ranch has it all, high fenced, good deer herd ready to go as well as a nice house.  The ranch is completely high-fenced.  Level three deer management program in place. Several stocked fish ponds.
